All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen:

We are not responsible for stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
