No, we do not use generic plastics. We utilize several different types of carbon fiber composites, including industrial-grade PAHT and PA6, which are processed at extreme temperatures ($270$°–$320$°C) to ensure unmatched strength and durability.
Is this product 3D printed?
All of our products are produced in small batches using precision additive manufacturing in our family-owned workshop in Dallas, Texas. This process allows us to create original, exclusive designs with tight tolerances and integrated stainless steel cores for durability and performance.
